Duration: 1 Hour including a short intro to kayaking before getting on the water.
This special kayaking adventure is available for children is 9 to 14 years old.
Ahoy, me hearties! Let's paddle aroun' and explore th' magnificent ships at th' museum. Lots o'
splashin', lots o' fun and lots o' mayhem in th' Briny Deep (ocean).
Yo ho ho, it’s going to be a jolly good time, ya know!
Get up close t' th'warships, HMAS Vampire, HMB Endeavour, th’ pirate ship, Duyfken, and big
submarine, Onslow, lookin' fer loot. Keep an eye out fer th' Jolly
Roger. Ye scallywags (newbie) will be paddlin' with a barnacle-covered
Seadog (guide).
Our hour out will include a mini learn t’paddle section t’get ye ready fer yer watery adverture! Be ready
t' run a rig, fire in th' hole, and walk th' plank! (ye might get wet!)

There is lots of water play and Pirate mayhem
Please bring a towel and a change of clothes
In preparation fer yer adventure, ye will need:
- Swimwear;
- Rashie / sun shirt or t-shirt
(we strongly recommend long sleeve); - Boardies / sport short or
leggin's; - Hat;
- Sunscreen;
- Sunglasses (it’s best t' use
straps fer these, so they don’t fall into th' water!) - Bring a towel and a spare change of clothes
