Join the professional team from Sydney Harbour Kayaks on a very special two hour night-time sea kayaking tour:
Sydney Solstice Moonlight Kayaking Experience

As the sun sets over Sydney and we cast off in our kayaks, watch the city come to life and illuminate around you from your floating vantage point. Our leisurely paddle loop starts at Darling Harbour – and this is the first time kayakers have been able to paddle in this area.

Cruise by naval warships and the Sydney Maritime Museum, then glide beside James Craig, a 19th century Tall Ship. As we begin to round through Darling Harbour towards the Glebe Island Bridge, we take in the lights of the newly redeveloped Barangaroo from our exclusive perspective.

Heritage-listed Glebe Island Bridge will come in to view, as will the iconic Anzac suspension Bridge (If the conditions are calm). We will then find somewhere nice and sheltered where appetisers and refreshments will be served, and here you can enjoy a moment taking in the evening view (and maybe shoot some cool photos).

We will then head back into the heart of Darling Harbour, passing the city lights once again and finish the tour where we started our paddle.

Join us and take this unique and rare opportunity to paddle through Sydney’s iconic Harbour under the moonlight and experience our city like never before.

Note: We don't recommend this tour for children under 15

The sea kayaks that we will be paddling in are a Mirage Touring double - they are very stable and have a wonderful glide.

Everyone will be grouped into double (2 person) kayaks. If there is an odd numbered tour, then the lead guide will determine the person that will paddle in the single kayak (generally the strongest paddler of the group).
